Important Terms & Conditions

Valid exclusively for new contracts initiated and fully executed during the promotional period and only for parcels currently listed and available on DollarLandStore.com at the time of purchase.

A 20% discount will be deducted from the Purchase Price of the parcel on the Contract.
Discount applies to the total purchase price only and only on new seller-financed or cash purchase agreements entered into during this 4-day promotional period.

This promotion may not be applied to previous purchases, existing financing agreements, account reinstatements, amended or transferred contracts, payoffs, or renewals, and may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives.

Document Fees, Recording Fees, Taxes, Interest, Late Fees, and Shipping Fees are not discounted and must be paid as applicable.

All sales are final. All deposits, document fees, and payments are non-refundable.

PROMOTIONAL OFFER DISCLOSURE

This promotional offer (“Offer”) is valid only from November 28, 2025 through December 1, 2025 (“Promotional Period”). By participating in this Offer, the purchaser acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by all terms, conditions, limitations, and restrictions contained herein.

This Offer is valid exclusively for new contracts initiated and fully executed during the Promotional Period, and only for parcels currently listed and available for purchase on DollarLandStore.com at the time the contract is executed. Availability of specific parcels is not guaranteed and may change at any time without notice. Dollar Land Store reserves the right to withdraw any parcel from availability at its sole discretion.


Discount Application

Eligible purchasers will receive a 20% discount deducted directly from the Purchase Price of the parcel as reflected on the Standard Agreement of Sale (Land Contract) for both seller-financed transactions and cash purchase agreements. The discount applies only to the Purchase Price of the parcel and does not apply to any other fees, charges, or costs associated with the transaction.

The discount will be reflected clearly on the Standard Agreement of Sale after the customer has paid the required Down Payment and Document Fee(s) in full, and the contract has been generated and issued for review and signature.

This promotion may not be applied to any previous purchases, including but not limited to:
• Existing financing agreements
• Contract reinstatements
• Amended or transferred agreements
• Payoffs, renewals, or extensions
• Prior price quotes or negotiated pricing
• Previously executed contracts or transactions initiated before the Promotional Period

This Offer may not be combined with any other promotions, coupons, discounts, incentives, or pricing adjustments unless expressly authorized in writing by Dollar Land Store.


Fees and Payment Requirements

Document Fees, Recording Fees, Taxes, Interest, Late Fees, and Shipping Fees are not discounted and remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These fees must be paid as applicable under the terms of the Standard Agreement of Sale.

All sales are final. All deposits, document fees, and payments made are non-refundable without exception. Purchasers acknowledge and agree that failure to complete the transaction or failure to remain in good standing under the contractual terms does not entitle them to any refund or credit.

Financing terms are subject to approval and may vary. Pricing, terms, availability, and financing options are subject to change at any time without prior notice.


Use of Property / Occupancy Restrictions

Purchasers may not occupy, use, develop, alter, improve, clear, fence, build upon, or store equipment or materials on the property until the property is paid in full and title has formally transferred through a recorded deed. Any violation of these restrictions is considered an act of trespass and is grounds for immediate cancellation of the contract and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Purchasers are solely responsible for verifying all zoning, building, access, utility, survey, environmental, easement, mineral, and jurisdictional requirements with the appropriate county or governing agency. Dollar Land Store makes no warranties or guarantees regarding suitability, buildability, access, condition, soil, water, utility availability, mineral rights, or land use approvals.


Legal Limitations & Liability Release

Dollar Land Store, Amato-Y LLC, and their agents, affiliates, managers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, attempted purchase, use, or intended use of any parcel.

Void where prohibited by law. Certain restrictions may apply. Dollar Land Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time for any reason without notice.

Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of all terms stated herein.


Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment for the Down Payment and Document Fees or by executing a Standard Agreement of Sale, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all promotional terms, conditions, and limitations as outlined above.
